Emirates, the Dubai-based international airline, is offering families an opportunity to enjoy what’s left of the summer holidays with its ‘Kids Go Free’ promotion.
The statement said two children up to the age of 16 could enjoy free flights on Emirates, in addition to tourist visas, accommodation, meals, rides on the Dubai metro, airport transfers and access to numerous attractions when accompanied by two full-paying adults.
It said families would also get an attractive discount booklet at The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping complex. Building on the success of its ‘Kids Go Free’ promotion last year, Emirates has partnered with Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing, DTCM, over 80 hotels, The Dubai Mall, the Department of Residency, and local destination management companies to offer families in Nigeria even more incentives and savings when they spend their summer in Dubai.
Paulos Legesse, Emirates’ Country Manager Nigeria, said: “We are offering our valued customers a last chance to enjoy some vacation time with their families with our ‘Kids Go Free’ offer. “This one-of-a-kind promotion gives families the opportunity to take an exciting break in a unique destination without breaking the bank.
“What’s more, families can look forward to their holiday, starting from the moment they board their Emirates’ flight.
“Our award-winning service includes a range of special meals suited to young travellers, as well as interactive games, hundreds of TV channels and movies on-demand – ensuring there’s something for every member of the family.”
Saleh Mohammed Al Geziry, Director, Overseas Promotions & Inward Missions, Government of Dubai, DTCM, said of the promo: “We are proud to partner with Emirates on their ‘Kids Go Free’ initiative, which coincides with the long-running and extremely popular Dubai Summer Surprises promotion.
“ Dubai is the ultimate family-friendly holiday destination. Besides numerous world-class attractions, Dubai is a very safe city which is easy and affordable to get around by car, taxi or our newly-opened metro.
“There is something for everyone, and we want to encourage more families from around the globe to come to Dubai and experience it for themselves.”
