Dubai — Maitha bin Odai, Executive Director of Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in reply to the report on scarcity of Salik cards published in Khaleej Times on Tuesday affirmed that Salik recharge cards and Salik tags are now available at convenience stores of more than 200 Enoc and Emarat petrol stations in Dubai.
Recharge cards and tags are also available at the RTA’s customer service centres at Umm Ramool, Al Barsha, and Deira Traffic Department as well as at Adnoc petrol stations across the country, she said.
She added that there are many other channels to top-up Salik accounts like for example the 17 accredited banks being contracted to offer such facility. Salik users can also visit the Salik online portal to check the list of approved banks or call the Salik contact centre on 80072545.
Furthermore, customers can top up their accounts via the Salik website www.salik.gov.ae; Dubai smart government facility ‘M pay’; Smart Salik App; or through over 600 walk-up kiosks available at most Cooperative Societies and shopping centres. More info
