Shoppers in Dubai will be able to bag a bargain before breakfast or sip coffee as the sun rises as malls across the city are set to open round the clock.
As part of the upcoming Eid Al Adha celebrations, some of the emirate’s shopping centres will be open for 24 hours, allowing retailers to cash in on the early risers or late-night stragglers to get an extra look around.
UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, yesterday announced that the Eid in Dubai extravaganza would be extended from four days to two weeks.
HH Sheikh Mohammed said: “We welcome our brothers and sisters from the Gulf region and across the world to experience the hospitality and unique cultural experiences that Dubai will offer this Eid.”
“Families are the building blocks of our society and we want even more of them to enjoy the celebratory spirit of Eid here in Dubai,” he added. More info
