HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has recently explored with HE Arun Kumar, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets, U.S. Department of Commerce, the prospects of cooperation between the RTA and American firms engaged in rail, roads and transport sectors.
