Roads and Transport Authority - Nashwan Atta'ee: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is taking part in the Water, Energy and Environment Technology Exhibition (WETEX) 2013, to be held today on Sunday 15 April and will run through until 17 April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
