DUBAI METRO 2024

Within the UAE, Etisalat’s achievements have mirrored the success of so many other organisations across the nation. Its work has complimented major developments such as the construction of the Burj Khalifa, and the launch of Dubai Metro, the world's longest, driverless metro system.

Crowds gathered in front of makeshift stalls on the pavement. Tourists went past in horse-drawn carriages, taking in the sights and sounds. The atmosphere was lively. People queued for rides at a small carnival park and the roads were busy with traffic all the way over the nearby Al Maktoum Bridge.

This agreement comes in the wake of announcements of the installation of Nomad services on Norwegian Railways and the Dubai Metro, as well as additional Virgin routes in the UK.

This video was taken today, and shows the journey from Nakheel Harbor and Tower Station, to Rashidiya Station - currently the longest journey that can be taken on the Red line.
