Two new stations opened on the Green Line of Dubai Metro Line today; Jadaf and Creek Station.

In order to provide smooth access to and from the stations, the Road and Transport Authority has introduced two new bus stops serving the two Metro stations from today.

Bus Route C04 will serve both the Metro stations, with the introduction of Jadaf Metro station bus stop and Creek Metro station bus stop starting from March 1st, said Essa Al Hashemi, Director, Planning and Business Development at the Public Transport Authority (PTA) at the RTA.

During weekdays the new route will have a headway of 15 minutes, which becomes 20 minutes during weekends and holidays.

In the evenings the route will have a staggered headway ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, coping with the Dubai Metro Green Line trips and passenger traffic in that area, he explained.

From the Metro stations passengers will be able to transit by bus to surrounding communities, as the route serves Al Jaddaf, Zabeel First, Oud Metha, Umm Hurair Second, Port Saeed, Riga Al Buteen, Al Muraqqabat and Al Murar up to Gold Souq bus station. More info
