On Sept 10th, the Public Transport Agency, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) will modify the path of the Dubai Metro Stations Feeder Route (F31) to start off Dubai Internet City metro station, instead of Mall of the Emirates metro station, to cover TECOM Greens and Meadows Residential districts in addition to other districts in Dubai Emirate.

This monorail is normally pretty empty most of the time. It's driver-less, runs the trunk of the palm and really cheap. Great views. I would recommend a taxi to the monorail station then ride it to Atlantis.

Just as Dubai launched the Dubai Metro urban rail system last year, and Abu Dhabi plans to have its own urban train network from 2016, so China has embarked on a metro building project almost as frenzied as the urbanisation that has made it necessary.

The Homes r Us store at Ibn Battuta Mall is all set to be one of the flagship stores at the mall. Located at the India Court, it will have access both from inside the mall and outside where there is ample parking space close to the entrance. Ibn Battuta Mall is also served by a Dubai Metro station just outside, which makes it very convenient for customers from all over Dubai to visit the place.

Serco took over operation of the 5·5 km Palm Jumeirah monorail in Dubai on August 6. The privately-promoted monorail serving the offshore development had been operated by SMRT Engineering since it opened in May 2009.
