RTA and Community Development Authority explore enhancing customer services, bilateral relations
The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and the Community Development Authority in Dubai have agreed to step up their bilateral relations and improve customer services through establishing new mechanisms and opening up new communication channels to ensure continual communication between them. More specifically, Community Development Authority will attend and participate in RTA Customers Council meetings held on monthly basis in order to identify the social and service requirements of customers of both parties.
RTA opens bridges leading to entries and exits of Rashidya Metro Station Car Park
The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has inaugurated all bridges leading to the entry and exit points of the Park-and-Ride facilities of Rashidya Metro Station, where the second part of the project had been opened, which includes the right inbound from Sharjah towards the Metro Station, the traffic inbound from Abu Dhabi towards the Parking of the Metro Station, the right inbound from Al Khawaneej Road towards Abu Dhabi as well as the bridge from the Metro Station and Al Khawaneej Road towards Mirdiff and Sharjah.

What surprised and delighted me was that I saw many GCC families using the Dubai Metro — not necessarily to save money, but rather to explore. Needless to say, the Dubai Metro is a magnet for tourists as well as an economical, comfortable, fast means of transport.

Salman’s New Movie’s Song Shot in Dubai Metro
The movie is based on a corrupt cop in UP-Bihar, who takes benefits from the loopholes in the police system and fills up his pockets. The songs of the movie have been shot inside the recently opened, Dubai Metro. Actor-producer, Arbaaz Khan told that they are the first from the film fraternity, who got the chance to showcase the Dubai Metro in their movie.
